Meeting Between Youth and Gendarmerie Held at Bulanık Vocational School
On December 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM, a "Meeting Between Youth and Gendarmerie" event was held in the Conference Hall of Bulanık Vocational School. The event featured Lieutenant Colonel Ünal YAĞMURKAYA, Head of the Public Security Branch, as a speaker.
The program was coordinated by Dr. Feryat ALKAN, Assistant Director of Bulanık Vocational School. The event provided information about the duties and responsibilities of the gendarmerie, as well as the professional opportunities, career prospects, and application processes offered by becoming a gendarme. The role of youth in ensuring social peace was highlighted, and students had the opportunity to ask Lieutenant Colonel Ünal YAĞMURKAYA questions.
At the end of the event, the Women's Support Application (KADES) was introduced to the students by personnel from the Domestic Violence and Child Protection Unit. In addition, information was provided about Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and Prevention of Violence Against Women, and legal rights and application procedures in the fight against violence were explained. The event, which attracted great interest from the students, was appreciated for its informative and awareness-raising aspects.
