A Panel on "A Holistic View of the Foster Family System" Was Held in Bulanık
A panel titled "A Holistic View of the Foster Family System" was held in Bulanık, as part of June 30th Foster Family Day, coordinated by the Muş Alparslan University Bulanık Vocational School and the Bulanık District Mufti's Office. The event, held in the Bulanık Public Education Center Conference Hall, was met with great interest from representatives of public institutions and the public.
The event was moderated by Dr. Neriman Morkoç, a faculty member in the Social Services and Counseling Department at Muş Alparslan University Bulanık Vocational School. Experts from various disciplines addressed the foster family system from its social, legal, religious, and educational perspectives.

* Social Worker Hacer Savcı (Bulanık Social Service Center): In her presentation titled "The Foster Family System," she provided information about the basic functioning of the system, the evaluation processes before children are placed in the institution, and the social importance of foster care.
* Dr. Lecturer Neriman Morkoç (Muş Alparslan University): In her presentation titled "The Social Dimension of Foster Care," she addressed the cultural and sociological foundations of foster care, emphasizing the need to strengthen society's perspective on this system.
* Ebubekir Akyel (Bulanık District Mufti's Office): In her speech titled "The Religious Dimension of Foster Care," she explained the approach to children in need of protection in Islam and emphasized the support religious values provide for foster care.
* Aydın Yusufoğulları (Bulanık District Directorate of National Education): In her presentation "The Life Dynamics of Foster Care Today," she evaluated the interaction between the education system and foster care. The panel highlighted the role of school-family collaboration in this process.
At the end of the event, certificates of appreciation were presented to the speakers. The panel concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session with the participants.
