Awareness Seminar on Early Marriage Held in Bulanık
A significant seminar was held at Bulanık Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in collaboration with Bulanık Vocational School and TÜGVA Bulanık Representative Office. Dr. Lecturer Neriman Morkoç, Lawyer Hilvan Çapan and TÜGVA Bulanık District President Fikret Aral participated as speakers in the seminar.
The seminar addressed the topic of “Early Marriage and Its Legal Dimension”, particularly with the aim of raising awareness among young people. Speakers drew attention to the negative effects of early marriages on individuals and society, and informed participants about legal processes and children’s rights.
Students raised their awareness by asking questions about the subject during the seminar, which saw intense participation. At the end of the event, speakers were thanked and it was emphasized that such awareness-raising programs should continue.
