Our Vocational School Organized a Panel on "Our Prophet and the Construction of His Personality"
Bulanık Vocational School organized a panel on "Our Prophet and the Construction of His Personality" in cooperation with its stakeholders, Bulanık District National Education Directorate and Bulanık District Mufti's Office.
The panel was attended by Bulanık Vocational School academic staff and students, as well as Bulanık National Education Directorate students, civil society representatives affiliated with Bulanık District Mufti's Office and members of the press.
The panel began with the opening speech of Bulanık Vocational School Director Prof. Dr. İrşad Sami Yuca. Prof. Dr. Yuca emphasized the importance of the event and stated that such organizations make great contributions in terms of reminding the spiritual values of society and creating a vision for the future.
One of the speakers in the panel, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Salmazzem, focused on the personality of Hz. Muhammad and emphasized his distinctive characteristics such as justice, mercy, equality and respect for human rights. Assoc. Salmazzem concluded his speech by stating that these values can guide today’s people.
District Mufti Abdurrahman Gündüz, in his speech on the family life of Hz. Muhammed, touched upon the importance of family values for Islamic society. Gündüz stated that the love, respect and tolerance that Hz. Muhammed showed in family relations should also be taken as an example in the modern world.
At the end of the panel, Bulanık Vocational School Director Prof. Dr. İrşad Sami Yuca presented certificates of appreciation to the speakers and concluded the panel by thanking everyone who attended, especially our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican, for their support of the event. Prof. Dr. Yuca announced that seminar and panel events will be held more frequently in the coming period.
