“We are Painting Ericek Primary School” within the scope of the Social Responsibility Project
On May 14, 2024, within the scope of Volunteering Activities, our event called "Social Responsibility Project: We Paint Ericek Primary School" was attended by students of Muş Alparslan University Bulanık Vocational School, Department of Veterinary Medicine, Laboratory and Veterinary Health Program.
The event content was organized jointly by Bulanık Vocational School and Bulanık District Directorate of National Education.
Lecturer See. Dr. Abdulbaki DEMİR touched upon the importance of the Volunteering Studies course for society and said, “Volunteering has an impact on a large group of people in society in terms of its field of activity. Volunteering activities have a two-way effect in terms of the gains they provide both to individuals and to society. When we consider it from the perspective of young people, it is an important learning method. In addition to improving their personal characteristics and skills through volunteer activities, individuals also gain characteristics such as teamwork with volunteers, discovering new talents within themselves, empathy and effective communication. When evaluated from this perspective, we can say that the activity we carried out with our students, with the aim of providing social benefit, has a two-way effect on our students and the students of Ericek Primary School.” said.
