Stray Animals Awareness Event Organized
Muş Alparslan University Bulanık Vocational School Emergency and Disaster Management 2nd year students organized an event with the slogan "They Are Also Lives, Together They Live" in order to raise awareness about stray animals. The event, coordinated by Lecturer Mesut Koç, featured a picture exhibition of stray animals in Bulanık, a local newspaper themed on stray animals, short films and presentation shows.
The event, which took place in the Vocational School conference hall, was attended by university staff and many students. The students emphasized that stray animals, who are left to hunger, thirst, lovelessness and torture, have the right to live in better conditions. They also stated that the situation of animals in animal shelters and pet shops is no different from stray animals and that they also have the right to live in good conditions.
