TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Students Support Program 2023/2 Term Achievements
Three projects at Bulanık Vocational School were entitled to receive support within the scope of the "2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program" 2023/2 period, carried out by TÜBİTAK Scientist Support Programs Directorate (BİDEB).

In the project titled "Examining the Cognitive Structures of Preschool Students Regarding Earthquakes", carried out under the supervision of Mesut KOÇ, an interdisciplinary study will be carried out by Berçem KILIÇ and Evim YOLCU, students of the Department of Child Development, and Zeynep SERTTAŞ and Meryem SELÇİLMİŞ, students of the Department of Emergency and Disaster Management. Within the scope of the project, the psychological resilience of preschool students from six provinces that experienced the Kahramanmaraş earthquake will be examined.

Dr. Neslihan VERGİLİ, Elif ECER, Zilan BAYRAM from the same department from the project titled "Examination of Substance Abuse Awareness in High School Students: Muş Example", consulted by Kenan ÖZMEN, developed a resilient, effective and preventive agenda regarding drug use and addiction, which are one of the main problems of the society. They will investigate its widespread effects, such as creating awareness about addiction in society and raising awareness about addiction. It is thought that the project has a significant potential in terms of raising awareness of young people attending high school and combating addiction.
