Bulanık Vocational School (MYO) "Law Office Management and Secretariat Program" begins student admission. The program will say "hello" to academic life with 40 students in the 2020-2021 Academic Year.
The "Law Office Management and Secretariat Program" within the body of our university's Bulanık Vocational School Office Services and Secretariat Department is starting to accept students. The proposal of our university to the Higher Education Council (YÖK) Education and Training Department regarding the admission of students to the program in question was evaluated and accepted at the YÖK General Assembly Meeting held on 16 June. The program will start academic life with 40 students as of the 2020-2021 Academic Year.
Legal staff needs will be met
The program aims to train intermediate staff who know the necessary legal terms and idioms in the legal sector, have a good command of legal concepts, and can provide the necessary communications and organizations within and outside the office, during a 2-year associate degree education. With the training to be given within the scope of the program, students graduate as qualified legal personnel who are competent in legal filing systems, archiving procedures and correspondence. With the opening of vocational schools providing both secretarial and legal education, legal assistantship has gained an important position today, and a wide range of job opportunities await the graduates of the program. Students graduating from the program can work as legal secretary and front office advisor in front offices established in law offices, bar associations, courthouses, enforcement offices, municipalities, associations, chambers and courthouses.
100% occupancy rate
Speaking about the program opened considering regional needs, Bulanık Vocational School Director Dr. Instructor Member Ahmet Galip Halidi said that the program will reach a hundred percent occupancy rate and contribute to the region and our university. Head of Office Services and Secretarial Department Lect. See. Kenan Özmen, on the other hand, wished the department to be beneficial for our region and our university.
