The main students who are entitled to enroll in our University with a Horizontal Transfer with a Central Placement (Additional Article-1) Score for the 2023-2024 Academic Year Fall Semester, must be registered at https://obs.alparslan between 04.09.2023 and 06.09.2023 in order to make final registration. After logging in via the edu.tr/oibs/hoa_app/login.aspx link, they will be able to complete the registration by clicking Results - Online registration.
