Students who have been accepted to our university via horizontal transfer based on their Central Placement Score (Supplementary Article-1) for the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year can complete their final registration between February 16, 2025 and February 19, 2026 by logging in via the following link: https://obs.alparslan.edu.tr/oibs/hoa_app/login.aspx and clicking on Results - Online Registration.
EXPLANATIONS
1- Students who complete their final registration online do not need to come to the university in person.
2- Exemption procedures for students who have completed their final registration will be handled by the relevant academic units, and they do not need to bring any additional documents.
3- Students who have completed their online registration must deliver or mail their student ID card from their previous university to the "Muş Alparslan University Student Affairs Department".
