Students eligible to enroll at our university through the 2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester Additional Article 1 Undergraduate and Associate Degree Horizontal Transfer application can complete their final registration by logging in between September 1, 2025, and September 4, 2025, via the link https://obs.alparslan.edu.tr/oibs/hoa_app/login.aspx, and then clicking on Results - Online Registration.
INFORMATION
1- Students who complete their final registration online do not need to come to the university separately. 2- Students who have completed their final registration will have their exemption procedures handled by the relevant academic units, and they do not need to bring any additional documentation.
3- Students who complete their final registration online must submit their student ID card from the university they are attending to the "Muş Alparslan University Student Affairs Department" or send it by mail.
