For the Results of Horizontal Transfer Application with Central Placement Score (Additional Article-1) for the Spring Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year,
The main students who are entitled to register to our University with Horizontal Transfer with Central Placement Score (Additional Article-1) for the Spring Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year, will be able to log in to https://obs.alparslan.edu.tr/oibs/hoa_app/login.aspx between 22.01.2025 and 23.01.2025 and click on Results - Online registration procedures to make final registration.
EXPLANATIONS
1- Students who complete their final registration online do not need to come to our university separately.
2- The exemption procedures of our students who complete their final registration will be carried out by the relevant academic units and they do not need to bring any additional documents.
3- Students who complete their final registration online must submit their student ID card from the university they came from to the “Muş Alparslan University Student Affairs Department” or send it by post.
