Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican, Meets with Students at Our Vocational School
As part of the university’s tradition of student gatherings, our Rector, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican, met with students at the Bulanık Vocational School.
The meeting—attended by the Director of the Bulanık Vocational School, Assoc. Prof. Dr. İsmail Dönmez, as well as academic and administrative staff and a large number of students—featured an informal and sincere conversation between our Rector and the student body.
Placing great value on listening directly to students' views, suggestions, and requests, our Rector highlighted the importance of these meetings in strengthening communication between the university administration and the students. The program covered a wide range of topics—from academic life and social-cultural activities to campus facilities and professional development—giving students the opportunity to ask the Rector questions they were curious about.
Emphasizing that university life is not limited to academic education alone, and that the personal, social, and professional development of students is equally significant, our Rector, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican, encouraged students to cultivate themselves in various fields and to make effective use of the opportunities provided by the university.
In line with a student-centered management approach, the meeting served as a platform to listen to students' expectations and their assessments of their educational processes, fostering a productive exchange of ideas.
