Orientation Training Held for First-Year Social Work Students
Muş Alparslan University Bulanık Vocational School continues to welcome new students embarking on the 2026-2027 academic year. In this context, an orientation session was held for first-year students of the Social Work Department. Conducted by Assistant Professor Feryat Alkan on September 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM, the event aimed to facilitate the adjustment of first-year students—who are taking their first steps into university life and professional training—to the campus environment. The session provided comprehensive information regarding both academic and social life. During the orientation, students were informed about academic processes such as course registration, examination procedures, and attendance requirements, as well as the importance, ethical standards, and career opportunities of the social work profession. Additionally, information was provided regarding the vocational school's physical facilities, library usage, social and cultural activities, and student advisory services. The program, which took place in an interactive atmosphere, concluded after addressing students' questions, with well-wishes for a successful academic year for all students.
