Important Decisions Were Made at the Quality Board Meeting

At the Bulanık Vocational School Quality Board Meeting, which was held online between 20.30-21.30 on June 7, 2024, important decisions were made about "Bologna processes", "quality studies (BKYS)", "curriculum updates" and "department web pages". Bulanık Vocational School Director Prof. Dr. The following decisions were taken at the meeting held under the chairmanship of İrşad Sami YUCA:

Bologna Processes: At the meeting, it was decided to update the program objectives, mission, vision, program outcomes and learning outcomes. It was determined that Bologna wisdoms were filled 100% in all departments, but the program contents needed to be updated. It was decided that the first three articles of the program outputs of the department heads would be updated within the framework of the university mission and vision, and the other two articles would be updated in line with the mission and vision of Bulanık Vocational School. It was stated that all department professors should revise the learning outcomes in a way that is feasible, achievable and measurable. In addition, it was decided that the program outcomes and learning outcomes matrix table should be matched, the ECTS of the courses should be updated in accordance with 30 credits, and all contents should be updated in Turkish and English. It was emphasized that the Bologna procedures should be completed by 28 June 2024.

Quality Studies: It was decided to make evidence-based entries into the BKYS system on a monthly basis. It was stated that these entries should be made between the 1st and 10th of each month.

Curriculum Updates: It was decided to make curriculum updates under the supervision of department heads and to obtain internal and external stakeholder opinions during these updates. Program updates were requested to be sent to the directorate via EBYS by June 28, 2024.

Web Pages: It was decided to update the web pages on a departmental basis and to request passwords from the IT department to the department heads. It was decided that all activities (seminars, workshops, symposiums, special days) would be held within the framework of the PUKO cycle.
