Quality of Life Seminar
In our "Quality of Life" seminar, one of the instructors of Muş Alparslan University Bulanık Vocational School, Lecturer. See. We hosted our teacher Mehmet Latif CANDEMİR. Moderated by Instructor. See. Our seminar, conducted by Burcu CANDEMİR, was held with the participation of our esteemed manager, colleagues and students. "What is Quality of Life?" We tried to detail the subject from different perspectives, based on the question. Moreover;
1. Looking at the definition of the concept of quality of life, the point we aim to achieve seems to be both spiritual and physical well-being, but we cannot always experience the same feelings in our daily lives. Therefore, how would you define the function of emotions in the quality of life?
2. Nowadays, when we feel that we are living a quality life once in a lifetime, we see that it pushes the individual to stay in the comfort zone, and we often experience the fear of losing this comfort as it may be disrupted. What advice would you give to an individual experiencing ebb and flow within this triangle in the process of achieving balance? How would you interpret the triangle of quality of life/comfort zone/fear of loss?
3. The digital world moves so fast that it may be difficult for people to stop and think. How can we maintain the quality of our lives when life flows so fast and competition is so intense?
4. Thoughts directly affect the human body and behavior. At this point, what is the importance of the concept of "psychological resilience" in terms of quality of life?
5. The availability of technology today has both positive and negative effects. Especially among young people, body perception changes over time, access to financial opportunities becomes difficult, the sense of competition is constantly nourished, etc. It causes young people to worry about the future. What advice would you give to young people who are experiencing emotional intensity due to the sensitivity of their current period, about improving the quality of their lives?
We also included your questions. Our esteemed teacher, Lecturer. See. We would like to thank Mehmet Latif CANDEMİR.
